Hair Braiders Wanted! (Henderson)

Responsibilities: - Provide a wide range of braiding hair and natural hair services to clients, including crochet styles, hair weaving, hair twisting, kids services and more.
- Educate clients on proper hair care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client bookings.
Qualifications: - Valid braiders license in the state of NV.
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles for effective product sales.
- Experience with retail sales in a salon or beauty environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus.
