Lash Artist Needed (Henderson)

We're a nail salon looking to expand the business to include lash extensions and other lash/brow services by March! Currently looking for two lash artists as independent contractors to provide lash extension services at our spa, preferably artists that already have a clientele but are looking to work in an open environment rather than investing in booth rental.
Provided by spa/management: - Booking platform services & fees - Online visibility on the spa website & Instagram page - Lashing chair & storage space - Basic amenities such as utilities, laundry, break room, cleaning supplies/service, & guest refreshments/snacks Duties: - Give quality lash services and practice proper sanitation - Provide own lash extension supplies for client services - Build a relationship with guests and help build clientele - Maintain your own schedule in collaboration with management when necessary - Follow dress code (no strict uniform enforced, but proper attire is expected) Requirements: - NV Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (or ability to acquire license) - Proficiency in the English language (able to read, speak, and write) - Open to feedback and willing to learn - Team player
