Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided Responsibilities: - Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients - Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques - Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences - Recommend and sell hair care products to clients - Maintain a clean and organized work station - Sanitize tools and equipment regularly - Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or hair extensions - Keep accurate records of client information and services provided Skills: - Proficient in barbering techniques for both men and women - Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue - Familiarity with MINDBODY software for scheduling and client management - Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon setting - Experience in store management or the ability to take on leadership responsibilities - Valid cosmetology license - Ability to perform eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and hair threading techniques is a plus - Strong retail sales skills to promote and sell hair care products Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
