Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing a world-classe service experience for our guests while being well versed on Canyon Ranch's services and facility offerings.
Responsible for assisting with overseeing the smooth operation on the Front Desk in addition to performing routine Guest Relations Advisor duties.
This positions primary responsibilty is to generate revenue and meet sales goals by providing the Front Desk Advisors guidance and direction, as well as promoting and demostrating the highest level of service for our guests.
Qualifications:
Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
