Las Vegas Medi Pedi is a busy foot and hand care business.
We have a spa department that focuses on massages and compression therapy ( by a certified CLT) Our new clients are often referred by their doctor.
All appointment based.
However we have more and more clients asking for other ( cosmetology ) services.
We would like to add to our establishment: * a hair stylist * a micro blading artist * a lash artist * an advanced esthetician * a permanent make up artist Or somebody that has a combination of these services.
We have no other technicians providing these services, so no competition! The right person is clean, tidy, customer friendly.
Has all the right Nevada licenses and certifications.
Has no problem to work her/his own schedule in our operation hours and can build or has a client base.
You are your own boss.
We have two private rooms available Both with sink.
The rooms are empty, so no furniture.
But we have some items available like a hair styling chair some desks etc.
The starting lease of the rooms is weekly $100 and to help to start up the first 4 weeks free when signing a lease.
We have half year or yearly leases.
Private parking ( in front of the door) Lovely private park in the back.
