The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Responsibilities: • Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
• Policing the grounds and parking areas.
• Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
• Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
Compensation: $15.
50/hour 35% apartment discount where available.
