explain and complete lease/renewal paperwork •Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements •Identifying qualified leads through referrals, networking and outreach marketing efforts •Maintain closing ratio based upon the needs of the community •Help plan, schedule and organize resident functions •Participate in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management •Maintain a professional demeanor at all times •Follows company policy in regards to documentation and record keeping procedures •Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills •Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers.
•Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the property manager and all staff members •Coordinates and participates in resident functions.
