Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including customer relationship management, property leasing, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and generate reports
Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Appfolio
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC guidelines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
MUST have eperience with 100+ units MUST speak Spanish
