Fast growing property management company looking to hire experienced Property Manager.
Ideal candidate will come equipped with an understanding of sales, leasing, maintenance, accounting and property management.
Range of knowledge (including but not limited to) creating effective marketing ads online and on the MLS, move-in/move-out inspections, preparing repair estimates, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of three (3) years experience property management
• Strong communication skills
• Active NV Real Estate License
• Active PM Permit
• Reliable transportation
• AppFolio knowledge and experience
• Basic accounting and maintenance knowledge
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• Ability to schedule work orders and follow up with owners, vendor and tenants
Competency in the following:
• Fair Housing Laws
• Habitability Requirements
• Landlord and Tenant Statutes - NRS 118A
• Nevada Code Violations
• Section 8 Requirements
• Eviction Process
The Property Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization.
Must have excellent customer service.
