Female Tuxedo cat looking for a good home (LAS VEGAS)

Roxy is a 2 year old affectionate, smart and funny tuxedo cat.
She was trapped in a RV park that was closing and was probably left behind by her owner.
She was supposed to go to an adoption center, but didn’t make it because she is not good with other cats.
( the reason might be that she had a litter of kittens when she was living outside among a colony of feral cats) I tried to make her more social with other cats, but it didn’t work.
She loves dogs (not only my mini Schnauzer, but also the small dogs of a friend of mine.
I don’t know how she will do with a large dog, but if the dog is cat friendly, she would be fine).
When I walk my dog, she follows us and loves to be chased home by my dog after the walk ( a game they play on the way home).
I like to find a home for her, where she would be the only cat.
She is aloof when it comes to strangers at first, but very affectionate to the person who takes care of her.
Sometimes she is a little bit feisty when I hold her too long, clipping her nails or brushing her too firm.
But she is doing better every day, she was probably not used to be handled a lot.
She is a fun cat to have around, always wants to be close to you.
For now she is an outdoor cat (with a warm place to sleep).
Because of her bossy attitude towards my own cats I can’t have her inside.
She is spayed and vaccinated at HCWS( right ear is tipped) The right person with a lot of TLC will have her turned around to a perfect pet in no time.
I will miss her, she is one of my favorite cats, but she is better off being the only cat and living in a climate controlled environment.
