Plant & pot - $20 (Las Vegas)

I'm not sure what this desert succulent is, but it has survived on my porch for eight years now.
It looks like it wants to be planted in the ground with more room to expand.
Twenty bucks or best offer? You need to be strong enough to carry it away.
