What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for the accurate preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations related to contract assets, liabilities, and deferred revenue.
Meticulously review customer contracts to ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain comprehensive documentation for revenue recognition.
Assessing documentation accuracy, approving sales orders, resolving billing discrepancies, and performing complex financial analyses.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, assists in ad-hoc research and projects, and s a key role in daily transaction balancing.
Contribute to training and mentoring less experienced team members, ensuring successful completion of project tasks under the guidance of management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Job Knowledge / Minimum Work Experience:
2+ years of experience in an accounting role; industry experience is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of accounting terminology, concepts, procedures, and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of data simultaneously.
Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and concepts.
Strong ability to prioritize, plan effectively, and work with minimal direction to meet deadlines.
Computer / Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, including the ability to read and design complex spreadsheets.
Solid experience with an ERP system.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances.
